Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GLP-1 Fuel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Description of Service

GLP-1 Fuel is a meal suggestion application that helps users find high-protein, sensory-appropriate meal ideas. The App generates suggestions based on nutritional data and user preferences.

Medical Disclaimer

GLP-1 Fuel is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

• The App provides meal suggestions for informational purposes only
• Suggestions are not personalized medical nutrition therapy
• The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• The App does not filter for food allergies or intolerances
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you are taking medication
• If you experience adverse symptoms, stop using the App and contact your healthcare provider

Nutritional Information

Nutritional data in the App is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database. While we strive for accuracy:

• Values are estimates and may vary by brand, preparation method, and serving size
• You are responsible for verifying nutritional information for your specific foods
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional data

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Verify all ingredients before consuming any suggested foods
• Use the App as one of many tools in making dietary decisions, not as your sole source of guidance
• Consult healthcare professionals for personalized nutrition advice
• Take responsibility for your own dietary choices
• Not rely on the App for allergy or intolerance management

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Subscriptions and Payments

GLP-1 Fuel offers optional in-app purchases ("Pro" subscription):

Available subscription options:

• Monthly: $5.99/month
• Annual: $39.99/year
• Lifetime: $99.99 (one-time purchase)

Payment terms:

• Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Andrew Bjornson and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any harm resulting from dietary choices made based on App suggestions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLP-1 Fuel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted remotely to the extent possible.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
